A quick one I throw together!

Our Bananas were black and smelt yum, shame to throw them. so I asked the question to the family, banana bread or cake? CAKE!! always the winner! so I found a recipe in my trusted bible 'The Dairy Book of HOME COOKERY' 90's adition, given to me by my mum, best cook book ever! Banana and Pecan cake? check the store cuboard, NO Pecans! Walnuts and Pistachios I do have! they'll do! so with weights and messures adjusted to accommodate the nuts, and off we go! I have 1 and a half hours till I have to deliver another cake to a party. Ok should really read the recipes instructions before having brain-wave! chop, seperate whisk, blend, fold, pre pre pre............1 hr to cook! good job i am mulity-task-super-mum!

Especially requires Princess castle and her favourite Disney Prinesses, Cinders, Arora,, Bell, Ariel and Snow White! Flowers, a Stream, and a Meadow and most importantly their castle......I hope she likes!
